The gun has been flawless. I've fired over 100 rounds without any problem, but you do have to put a little time to make it work as intended. The only thing I see that works is to buff the receiver/ejection area just in front of the barrel to a bright shine. This should take care of any problem with the gun's ejection. I am also very happy with Buds customer service and quick shipping.

This is a great reliable bang bang gun. Never fails, has never failed me with any ammo. Ugly but reliable. Rough looking. Kind of a heavy duty bulldog, harder than usual trigger but good capacity.

I have had this pistol for over 10 years now. It has traveled with me everywhere and has been solid. Only thing changed was the sights and guide rod. It does what it was designed to well.

Super heavy and long double action trigger. Reliability is ok with brass case FMJ ammo. The best feature of the pistol is the belt clip you can buy that mounts with the pin holes allowing IWB carry without a holster.

I have had this unit for a few years now and It is my choice for EDC. I really like the long trigger pull because it allows me to carry with a round chambered giving me an advantage and at the same time having a level of safety.

Gun is nice. There is no safety which is an issue. It is an easy gun to use but too small for me.

I bought this as my wife's first carry concealed gun. at the time there was slim pickings for carry concealed guns. she could not operate the slide and the trigger was terrible especially for a woman. I ended up selling it and getting a m&p shield bodyguard .380. it also had a laser on it. she loved it and also the size was perfect for her.

Very happy with purchase. Reliable, about 500 rounds of basic factory range ammo, worked 100%. Fairly easy to shoot, a little snappy, but it is a very light carry pistol. Trigger pull is lllllooooonnnnngggg, but again, not a target pistol. Very safe trigger to carry this. Accuracy-as good as I can shoot, it hits where I aim. Easy to conceal. This is a very good, decent capacity concealed carry 9mm. A great choice to own a reliable, inexpensive carry 9mm. Experience with Buds was flawless, smooth. Will order again from Buds. Would buy another Kel Tec if I'm ever in the market for that type of pistol.

Had this gun over 3 yrs now and is worth the money. Downside for me was the heavy trigger pull but now I am used to it.

Once again, dealing with Buds has been a breeze through the entire order and shipment process. I also really like this gun as being something that is what it is; a low-cost, lightweight, reasonable capacity, safe for potential carry 9mm. The DA trigger on these seems to generate a lot of negative comments but I really don't find it very troublesome. Staging is possible and I get very decent accuracy out of it but it does take some getting used to. Recoil for such a small, lightweight pistol is not nearly as stiff as you might expect. I find it to be a surprisingly comfortable shooter. It's been nicely reliable and double-strike ability has been sometimes a plus when shooting cheap ammo with hard primers. I've had no feed or ejection failures through hundreds of rounds. If I have to make a negative comment it would be that the ejection pattern is really random so it can be a bit of a PITA for recovery. The Kel-Tec may seem a bit odd among some of my other choices and not universally loved by all but I do like the P11.

As a first firearm I can not recommend it to new shooters as it takes more practice than necessary. I have already put 1000 rds through it within a month and have not gotten much better with it. When I first shot it at the range I also rented a beretta and another pistol which i had never shot either. The p11 was the worst of the 3 where I could barely hit target but hit dead center with the other two unfamiliar guns. I shoot cheap ammo with it which started out good but now I can't go more than 30 rds without a FTF or a FTE. The trigger is a safety of its own so there's not much to say other than it's not a range gun for fun and it will take you a lot of practice if you're not familiar with double action triggers. Even with thorough cleaning the rail gets stuck many times when putting it back together. I'll send it back to be inspected when I buy a replacement pistol and see if it gets better.

Just received my Kel Tec 9mm. Haven't shot it yet, but I can tell you this. The gun feels amazing in my hand.Perfect size for a real conceal weapon.Bought a in the pants holster and when I put it on, I felt this will work for everyday carry. So,perfect size,perfect firepower and ample bullets. I had a Kel Tec 380 in the past and if you shoot quality ammo, no Plus ammo, you should be in good shape. Bottom line, I am happy with the gun, fabulous price and ship from Buds. Thanks

Bud's did great...got my second P 11 from them at a very low price. There are probably better options out there than the P11, though. (Got my second P 11 before I realized this.) Having said that, despite what you may have heard about it, the trigger isn't one of my problems with the gun. Yes...it's a very long stiff trigger pull, but that's kind of a design feature (to reduce the chance of unintentional discharges since it doesn't have a manual safety.) The good things about the P 11: - Inexpensive - cycles a wide variety of ammo very reliably - almost small enough to be a pocket pistol - A lot of firepower for a gun that small Bad things about the P 11: - not durable.. for me, many of the small parts needed replacing after a few hundred rounds. - Yes, it cycles ammo reliably, but ONLY if you polish the pertinent parts first (feed ramp, etc.) - for beginning shooters, gun will be too small to control well due to caliber and size (try mag ext.s) - Stiff pull and poor contours of trigger can make gun quite uncomfortable to shoot. I hear good things about other sub-comp. 9mm options out there. Research before getting a P 11.

Not quite as slim as the P-9 but you gain a few more rounds. Great price and service from Buds. The little 9 MM functioned with no problems. Nice little CC gun at a very reasonable price.

I have owned this gun for quite a while. Not my favorite by any stretch but a nice compact weapon. The big downer for me is the long, heavy trigger pull. While I guess it might be good in some circumstances for some people, I prefer the shorter lighter triggers. That said, it is a good weapon especially given the price.

Not a bad gun for the price. A bit chippy in the hand. After about 10-15 rounds my hand started to hurt. Definitely not a range gun.The guns does its job as a basic conceal. Goes bang every time I pull the trigger.
