Rock River is one of the best AR rifles you can get your hands on. Well worth the money!

Excellent service from Bud's as always. Fit and finish are excellent. I received my rifle, cleaned and lubed it, and proceeded to shoot over 1000 rounds through it over the next few months. I purposely did not clean it because I wanted to see how dirty it could operate before a malfunction. After that many trouble free rounds, I would not hesitate to use it under any field conditions. Now it has been cleaned, and it's one of my favorite rifles to shoot. I give it 4 stars because it does seem to kick a little more than any m4/m16 I shot in the military, but its not bad or uncontrollable by any stretch. This particular model is also barrel heavy, which of course is to be expected with a 16" HBAR. if you are looking for light weight, I'd get one of the fluted or R4 models instead. I feel the HBAR gives it a slight edge in accuracy, so the weight is an acceptable trade off.

The rifle comes with the A2 front sight and no carry handle. I think the description states a flip up front sight which is wrong. the rifle itself is beautiful, love at first sight. Fit and finish and operation are excellent for this price point. comes with a metal 30 rnd. mag and a BEAUTIFUL hard case. I could not be happier. I was very worried about getting the rifle because of all the politics and the huge demand and shortage of the AR-15. I placed the order online unassited and put my trust in Buds and was not let down. It did take a couple weeks from placed order to arrival at my FFL but considering the current situation i cannot complain.
