  Nicholas, yes sir, this model has a fixed stock and non-threaded barrel. Much to the dismay of Dictator Murphy, this is NJ compliant.

  Kurt, this has a fixed stock, not a fixed magazine. I'm reading on MA gun forums that it is not MA legal. Appears to be MA legal, but it could be considered a copycat of an assault weapon, therefore banned.   Aaron, yes Sir it will. Most manufacturers including Ruger make firearm packages that have 10rd magazines so their rifles/pistols can also be sold in state that have magazine capacity restrictions. The rifles/pistols are exactly the same but just have 10rd mags included. They will also accept any standard capacity magazines just fine.

  No Sir. This 8502 is the California version without a threaded barrel so no flash hider or muzzle device can be installed on the barrel.
