Looks to be fixed magazine, but I’m seeing this isn’t legal in other states. Is this MA Legal?

Kurt, it is MA compliant. The issue is the FFL Dealer in the state who will transfer you one. Just make sure your local FFL Dealer will transfer and you will be good to go. Cheers and stay safe!

Kurt, this has a fixed stock, not a fixed magazine. I'm reading on MA gun forums that it is not MA legal. Appears to be MA legal, but it could be considered a copycat of an assault weapon, therefore banned. You should check with your FFL to be sure. budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/massachusetts_restrictions.pdf .....Have a great day!
