Sig Sauer P238 Edge SAO 380 ACP 2.7" 6+1 Blk G10 Grips Rainbow Edge - 6+1 Rounds

Purchased the P238 as a birthday go ft for my wife who picked up a pistol for the first time a little more than 2 months ago. Although she has been shooting a S&W Shield 380 EZ, she needed something a little more compact as the EZ does not conceal well on her body. She tried the Bodyguard 380 and hated it... it had too much recoil (relative to the EZ) - which she said she would be willing to get used to over time if not for the fact that she felt like the gun was going to go flying out of her hands every time she pulled the trigger (the long, heavy pull manipulated her grip such that she didn’t have a strong purchase when the hammer dropped. The P238, however, was a much more comfortable fit in her hand, the difference in recoil between the EZ and P238 is imperceptible to her, the trigger is very manageable for her, and she loves the color (even though she admits is irrelevant to CCW). The only part I struggled with was having to explain to the RSO the blatant PDA she showed me after firing the P238 for the first time. Have already gone through several boxes of Rem/UMC, Speer, and Blazer ball, and Fiocchi Extrema XTP, with zero FTE/F’s.
