This is the second gun I have bought from Bud's and I can't say enough about how good they are. The buying process is as straight forward as you can expect with very good communication and timely shipping. Now for the gun, I have to say I am very impressed so far. The fit and finish is above expectation. The bluing is very consistent with no blems and there is no looseness in the metal parts. One thing I did notice is the wood color is inconsistant. The forend is darker with a red tinge to it and the butt stock is a lighter color. The break action is not as tight as some Spartans I shouldered and what ever stiffness there is I'm sure will decrease with use. I will be shooting this gun in the near future and will update with shooting characteristics when I do
