  • Has anyone ever talked to a human working in customer support? No humans in the phone, no humans on the "chat line"... is there any customer support at all??

  • Hi Chris and welcome. Seems that communication to a human at Buds has become quite the challenge. I regularly talk to a live person at Buds Team Member #. You just have to try again at 1-859-368-0371 9am-8pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
