  • Attempted to make a purchase multiple times and failed. At first, I thought this was a billing issue. It isn't. I get a message "the transaction cannot be completed at this time".

  • Yeah, I'm going with a momentary glitch on Bud's end too. I mean, if this issue persists then you can try the chat option or give Buds Customer Service a call at 1-859-368-0371 9am-8pm EST Mon-Fri for help processing your order.

  • Hi Arthur, it may be a website glitch. As long as your payment method address matches your Buds account address, you may need to contact Buds Customer Service with the Chat feature at the bottom right. The members here are customers as well. Cheers and stay safe!
