  • Attempted to make a purchase multiple times and failed. At first, I thought this was a billing issue. It isn't. I get a message "the transaction cannot be completed at this time".

  • Yeah, I'm going with a momentary glitch on Bud's end too. I mean, if this issue persists then you can try the chat option or give Buds Customer Service a call at 1-859-368-0371 9am-8pm EST Mon-Fri for help processing your order.
