  • WHAT DO I NEED TO RETURN A FIREARM THAT WAS JUST PURCHASED? HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE LOCAL GUN STORE BUT, FOUND OUT THAT I DONT HAVE THE RIGHT ID AT THIS TIME AND WILL BE A WHILE. DOES THE STORE NEED A RETURN NUMBER FROM ME THAT IS SENT BY BUDS?

  • Hi Bret and welcome. You or the FFL will need to contact Buds Customer Service for pickup/return and once received, Buds will refund your money at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

  • Hi Bret, contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday and they will issue a return for the gun and you will be refunded. (There may be a restocking fee)
