Hello, I am trying to make a purchase but when I enter my address information my credit card is declined. I would like to know why it happens. I really want to make the purchase

Hi Luis, the billing address on the credit card must match the address on your account.

Hi Luis and welcome. The billing address on the credit card must match the address on your account. Buds Customer Service can also assist you with the purchase at 1-859-368-0371 9am-8pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

The billing address you entered must match what the address associated with the card is... cards that do not have an associated address (like prepaid cards) may not work as they would not "match" addresses with the AVS verification, resulting in a rejection
