  • Hi Vincenzo, more information would be helpful. Has it shipped yet? Do you have a tracking number? If it has already shipped you would need to contact the carrier (FedEx). If it has not yet shipped, Bud's customer service can give you an update at 1-859-368-0371 9am-8pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 8pm Mon
