Matt,yes sir, the Tisas PX-9 is rated for +p ammo. As with every manufacturer they recommend limited use since it can wear parts faster than standard velocity ammo but honestly unless you're shooting thousands of rounds doubt you'll ever notice a difference. If you only plan on shooting it once in awhile to test self defense loads won't ever notice a difference. Hope this helps and you're very welcome.

Hi Matt, copied from Tisas web site - "Yes, you may fire +P ammunition in your Tisas Pistol. However is loaded to produce more velocity, pressure and power than standard ammunition. This will result in more recoil and wear on parts of your firearm more than standard ammunition."
