I live in the worst gun law state (California) and I was hoping to purchase the Glock 23 gen 3 in Flat dark earth from
Buds Guns but it only comes with the 13 round mag which is not legal in this state. Can I purchase the Glock 23 gen 3 FDE and just have the 10 round CA compliant mags instead of the 13 round ones??

Unfortunately the FDE frame is not on the CA list and I don't believe buds will swap high and low capacity mags and ship, as the boxes are marked on the outside what it contains.
