  • I seem to be having issues getting my account set up on the qualified professional program.
    I have submitted my Creds numerous times with no response or update.
    is there another format i can submit my credentials on?

  • The first time I did a QP cred submission, I was not purchasing anything. When I made a QP purchase a little over a week later, I received a notice from Bud's indicating that my order was being held pending submission of QP creds. Not sure what happened. I sent them in again, as a FAX and as an attachment (JPEG photo) of the required documents. One of those two methods seems to have worked and I've not had an issue since. Make sure you follow the instructions exactly as they are stated. As a retired engineer I have spent many years working with software engineers on designing and implementing man-machine interfaces and web access portals. Whiles Bud's is a great place to purchase firearms and firearms accessories, the web site is a little "quirky" and can be confusing at times. This is especially true with a web site like this where there are so many diverse options and functions going. Just persevere and keep trying. I'm sure you will get your creds into the system.

  • Your best bet would be to contact buds and talk to them directly. There is no other ways to submit credentials for the QP program, online other than what is on the site. You can find that under the QP program and it tells you how to submit it and what you need. I didn't have any issues when I submitted mine. If your having trouble your best bet would be to contact them and see if you can email them or talk to them directly. If you try again online and no luck, then I would also try downsizing your picture before uploading, because if it is too large it will not work either, otherwise contact buds directly and talk with them. Hope this helps
