I seem to be having issues getting my account set up on the qualified professional program.
I have submitted my Creds numerous times with no response or update.
is there another format i can submit my credentials on?

The first time I did a QP cred submission, I was not purchasing anything. When I made a QP purchase a little over a week later, I received a notice from Bud's indicating that my order was being held pending submission of QP creds. Not sure what happened. I sent them in again, as a FAX and as an attachment (JPEG photo) of the required documents. One of those two methods seems to have worked and I've not had an issue since. Make sure you follow the instructions exactly as they are stated. As a retired engineer I have spent many years working with software engineers on designing and implementing man-machine interfaces and web access portals. Whiles Bud's is a great place to purchase firearms and firearms accessories, the web site is a little "quirky" and can be confusing at times. This is especially true with a web site like this where there are so many diverse options and functions going. Just persevere and keep trying. I'm sure you will get your creds into the system.
