I want buy some ammos but I live in CA. Do you ship it to a local FFL dealer if I order?
In that case, do I have to pay fees and sales tax to them when I pick it up?

As Courtney said, as long as you don't live in those areas...BUT, beginning of 2018 you will need to have it sent to an FFL. So stock up!
