My first Kimber and I'll say, well done. First though - thanks Bud's - from ordering to in my hand in under a week with, the best price by far compared to any local dealers. This is a small gun, smaller than I expected. However, it's still a solid fit. The laser grips are sweet but, in bright sunlight, don't bother with them. Nice that you can switch them off. This is a solid gun that shot well on the range, no issues at all. Compact and easy to conceal, this is a nice little carry to keep you safe on those late nights.

This thing works great! I highly recommend this firearm. It shoots great. Because of it's smaller size and light weight it does kick a little but not too bad. The comment a friend offered me was "dam that thing is loud!" If you're looking for a durable, dependable conceiled carry weapon here is your gun!

This continues to be one of my favorite carry guns. Buds are my main source of firearms.

Gun was in perfect condition. Shipping was slower than promised but otherwise everything was smooth and easy.

Love this little gun. Shoots straight, and the laser sight is a definite bonus. Just be sure to use quality ammo for the best operational results.

Great gun very accurate would definitely buy again the laser grips are nice but the battery life is very short with very little use.

Amazing little gun, very accurate, and has very little recoil, and it is a pleasure to carry, and shooting.

So far very pleased my only con is the laser hand guard sits low and when the weapon is properly gripped i find i have trouble sometimes not blocking the laser with my trigger finger. Also the extended grips give a good purchase on the weapon but also cause the magazine to hang against your palm when attempting to release them. Weapon shoots very accurately off the laser. Laser and sights do not align as is common.

If you are looking for a well made, easily concealable in a great caliber then this is the gun for you! Have shot a lot of 3 inch barrels in both 9 mm and 380,this one handles the best for me! Have fired at least 200 rounds of various types ammo through it with not a single feed or ejection problem. Would highly recommend this gun.

Much less than I expected from Kimber. The safety is hard to engage with the hammer drawn back, and after the safety is released after being put in Condition One (hammer pulled back, safety on) the trigger pull is much harder than expected. Also, the hammer moves back when engaging the safety. Obviously needs a little work. I will be notifying Kimber.

Not bad....serves it's purpose of ultra concealable handgun. Not exactly pleasurable to shoot but not uncontrollable. The screws on the grip began rusting pretty quickly after wearing for a few weeks in the summer and sweating on it. Wish they would have spec'd better quality metals and or a coating to prevent that knowing this is a carry gun. Also disappointed in the color, the picture makes it seem the slide and grip panel is the same color but in actuality the slide is very different and frankly kind of weird. If I could do it over i would buy the stainless model for almost the same price and have a better finish on the gun. Functionality wise the gun shoots, loads and cycles just fine. Decently accurate as well. Again, not bad and serves it's purpose.

I like these little Kimber 9mm handguns. They are great for little lady hands and teaching children how to safely handle firearms and they make a good comfortable deep concealment weapon and backup gun. Plus you can shoot them all day. My wife loves the laser grips on hers and the easy use of the gun. I have two of these and they both run whatever you put in them and are great shooters for being so small. They are nice and tight and I have never found a manufacturing flaw on any of the ones I have received. My only gripe and only general gripe about Kimber is the fact you only get a single magazine for for the weapon. I would like to see it come with 3 like all of there competitors for the money spent on these guns.

Budsgunshop is great! Prices are very competitive and my gun purchase shipped same day. The Kimber Micro 9 I bought however has to go back to Kimber, failure to extract, failure to feed. Magazine drops out with 2 or 3 left to fire . Frustrating but Kimber will make it right....the second time I guess. ...hopefully. ..I don't consider myself a fanboy but my Glock 43 ate everything I put in the magazine. Seeing is believing and I will let Kimber know tomorrow on the phone.

Very smooth transaction. I really like the little Kimber micro 9 with Crimson trace grips. The weapon shoots very well no malfunctions. It is very accurate for it's size and weight. I was impressed! I would also recommend Bud's to anyone!!

This fire arm is a great size and feels great. Very little kick and esy to bring back on target. It is nice looking but I have 2 problems with it. After firing 2 mags od ammo through it the batterys for the laser went dead. I had some 2032 batteries so I was going to replace them. When getting ready to remove the grips I found the side with the actual light on it would mave forward and back about an 1/8th of an inch. Found out the factory did not tighten the grip screws. No big problem. The really big problem is the beavertail. If You abdomen carry You will find that if You don't have a holster with leather between the tail and your stomach, You will get cut. Its SHARP. The first day I carried it for about 8 hours it seemed to be a bit uncomfortable. So I stuck My t shirt between it and My stomach but when I undressed that night I found I had a minor cut from it. I have been looking for a holster to protect from it and there are not many brands out there that cover the beavertail. Other than that I really love the gun and I feel that it is a quality firearm that requires no break in before it is dependable.

My first and most likely the last Kimber I will buy. the side is as hard as a colt 45 to pull back. The magazine release was as rough as a 10 year old corn cob. I can not believe the lack of detail on this weapon. I am very impressed with Kimber ( they suck) quality control must have been sick and stated at home the day this Micro 9 was made.

I found this Kimber Micro 9 to be a very nice piece for discreet carry. But because you asked I need to say with some flaws. The trigger is hard to pull....10lbs. The thumb safety is overly small. And so hard to engage it is almost worthless. The piece could use some more de-horning....again one point the thumb safety etc. The mag release is overly stiff. These issues are not a deal breaker....only a bit disappointing. All will be addressed in due time. As I'm a Mod1911 Pistolsmith. Were I to have found this at the store....I would have looked further! All that being said......I like this pistol. Good job Kimber on your Micro 9. ...........Skip1911, Nv.

This is a great looking pistol that performed flawlessly when I took it to the range for the first time today. I shot Hornady Critical Defense and an off-brand jacketed round through it with no problems. Accuracy was only diminished by the shooter. At a self-defense distance of 15 yards, most shots were surrounding the center of a bullseye type target. Clearly more than adequate for its intended purpose of stopping a threat. My only complaint is the strong magazine spring; this is the first time in 50 years of shooting that I absolutely needed a magazine loader to fill the mag to the designated fill point (7 rounds).

Awesome piece of CCW pistol. Just the right size and craftsmanship is very well done. Very attractive. Just 1 thing I didn't like, the pistol came in with 2 dead batteries inside. Not really a big deal since I have spare same size batteries. This time the Laser Grip worked. Love it and I already showed it to my friend. They're thinking of getting one for themselves.

It is even smaller than I expected. A great price on a quality firearm. Recoil is surprisingly mild considering its size. I've shot about 100 rounds so far and it functioned perfectly.
