after serious searching for reviews ,value and price I purchased my first firearm “online” from Buds. Though it was right before Christmas the order was easy,delivered right on time with plenty of tracking notifications keeping me up to date. The Armalite AR15 chosen was delivered as ordered fit and finish perfect. After a thorough cleaning I sighted in easily and ran 220 rounds without a hiccup I am very pleased with my purchase and online experience with Buds.

This rifle is excellent!!! Lightweight and durable. Came in undamaged and in a timely manner. The description of the rifle Buds Guns gave prior to my purchase is legitimate. I’ll be buying more products soon!! Oh, I almost forgot, best prices ever!!!

Nice rifle. Great accuracy and overall fit and feel of this weapon. Lifetime warranty from Armalite. Buds got it to me pretty quick, arrived at my FFL within a couple of weeks. Put over 500 M855 rounds through at the range in one hour time-span without a hiccup. Comes with one Magpul Pmag and I stocked up on Pmags because they are cheap and high quality. Great rifle for the price. I am very happy with my purchase. . Considering buying another Nice mil-spec 1-7in twist barrel with chrome lining vs most competitors 1-9inch twist and not chrome lined.. The M16A2 is a 1-7in twist barrel that is chrome lined just like this one This barrel is double lapped, chrome lined / chrome moly vanadium The chrome lining helps protect the barrel in rapid fire situations.. usually found in auto variants. Chrome lining is often preferred for its corrosion resistance, ease to clean, and extended barrel life. If you are on the fence between this or others consider the barrel. 1-7 twist will better stabilize heavy bullets . Such as M855 62gr OR 77gr otm Chrome lining will help protect from "shooting out" your barrel when it gets hot.(Rapid fire,Tracers) Hope this helps anybody thinking about making the purchase..

Best $700 AR 15 I have owned. It runs. Armalite cheaped out and used a commercial buffer and butt stock. I am sure most people would prefer milspec. The small parts are also not Armalite parts. Armalite's bolt release is flat and fully textured, the one on this rifle was not. The finish is fine, albeit slightly non-matching from upper to lower. On the plus side, Armalite shows it with a AR 15 BCG. It actually shipped with a full auto BCG. A big plus. All in all I got exactly what I paid for. A quality AR with no frills. 4 stars instead of 5 because of the non Armalite small parts.

This is just a beautiful build. Perfect price at $653.00, but it has since gone up about $50.00. Still at 699.99 you will not find a better AR option.

I am impressed. For about 650 bucks I was expecting less gun, but I would put this next to my 6920 as far as build quality. I can't think of a single thing I don't like about it. I took it home, cleaned it well, took it to the range and put 300 rounds of mixed quality ammo through it with zero issues. 1/7 twist, non staked commercial stock, about 6.9 pounds is what mine weighed at, with a 2 point sling and a full mag. I would recommend to a friend for sure. As far as buds goes, I've bought several guns from them and they haven't let me down.
