Bought these for my 10 year old grandson. He was having issues with the kick of standard loads, but these reduced recoil loads allow him to shoot without issues. These loads have given him the confidence to harvest two deer; each with a single shot.

This Hornady 243 win Custom lite ammo did have less recoil but they were hard to chamber in my sons Mossberg Patriot bolt action. The HSM low recoil rounds seemed to work the best. Buds had the best pricing and availability.
