No short cuts are taken. The Rough Rider barrel is machined, micro-threaded, then it is inserted into the frame at a controlled depth. This regulates the barrel to cylinder gap and provides you with maximum power. Frame mounted hammer block with red indicator for extra protection. Smooth Satin Finish or Lustrous Blue. Exotic species hardwood grips or brilliant imitation Mother of Pearl.

Bottom line is its a $150 revolver that is fun and cheep to shoot and is great for younger shooters to become familiar with revolvers. I did have to add to the main spring due to light strikes but has performed flawlessly since.

A very good and affordable revolver, great gun to show the basics of firearms to new beginners. The only thing I could say about this gun is it came dirty. It’s like they test fired it and put it right back into the box. Other than that it’s a good deal. Buds was great as always! Always has the best prices!

Solid & Quality. For the price, this is awesome product. I don’t like that the wheel is fix and slow to reload, but i’d buy again for for this price tag.
