Good ammo. Nice weight for defense, considering how tough the XTP bullet is, and moderately powerful, as 10mm Auto ammo goes. Not too much recoil, and respectably accurate, with a fair price tag. As a self defensive load, it's pretty ideal.

For me, Hornady ammunition it simply the end all be all DO IT ALL ammo for the ages. I use it to hunt deer, for self defense, pest control (Coyotes—the four legged type, I don’t live on the southern border), and everything else. Without reservation I trust this brand and with my background (certified firearms instructor, former law enforcement and a former army infantry captain) and at my age (66), that says something but I don’t know what. What sold me here was the Buds price.

If you're bad enough to carry a 10mm, these rounds will bring out best results/effects from your weapon. I use them in my Bond Arms derringer, and even though the recoil is felt/FELT, it is still manageable. Buy yourself a 10, load it with these and sleep like a baby. jb

It's hornady ammo. It cycles well in my kimber tle. Not as hot as many 10mm loads out there but it gets the job done
