The MVP Patrol is a bolt action centerfire rifle. It features a spiral bolt, fluted barrel. Comes with picatinny rail and the "LBA" adjustable trigger. Stock comes in classic black. It has a 10 round capacity. Receiver is matte blue and has a factory installed weaver style base. Threaded with A2 Flash Suppressor. Comes with 1 magazine.

Great shooter. Just a little FYI bolt may not close with an empty magazine. 556 version is a real pleasure to shoot.

Great rifle (556 version) - put a 3x12 scope on it and sighted it in at 50 yds. SOLID!!! Consistently hit target within a inch of each other. - all on center ring - very little recoil with 55g FMJ. Bolt needs to be worked with a touch of gun oil - now as smooth as silk. It is a little front heavy - set up with a bipod. As always - Bud's was terrific - prompt delivery to my FFL.

shot well with zero failure, was accurate. The bolt is a bit heavy to eject but with more use and oil should be fine.

As usual Buds did a great job at shipping but I did have to do some filing and polishing on the bolt because it was hanging up, other than that I am pleased with this purchase.

I am absolutely impressed with this rifle. I got it and immediately put my luepold scope on it and when all sudden done I was getting 1/4-1/2 MOA groups using cheap federal plinking ammo. I am super impressed and the accuracy was considerably more than expected. I will say the picture on Buds is a little dated, the newer MVP patrol has an enlarged bolt knob and the stock is slightly different as it’s truly synthetic unlike the older ones which were laminated. The newer ones are much better rifles and they are really fun accurate rifles to shoot.

Shoots dead on at 100 yards right out of the box. Great quality. Mossberg does it right, inexpensive (not cheap) and very accurate. Solid purchase.
