Our state-of-the-art P1445 frame was re-engineered with a massive light rail. The front strap of the frame is checkered 25 lpi. National Match bushing, slide stop and checkered mainspring housing. We wanted a magwell that made Jaws look like a guppy gasping for air so we put a Dawson Precision on it. For a trigger that will delight the most demanding operator we used Cylinder and Slides Stainless Tactical II hammer, sear and disconnector. It comes with two 14-round high-capacity magazines with special alloy mag pads.

Buds did me well but this gun is not for first time 1911 style buyers. It is an awesome weapon however it is a bit like a classic car. It will require some tuning, ammo to recoil spring and such. If you use a light target load in this gun with the heavy recoil spring that is in it prepair for jams. Find a round and recoil spring combo that work together, get the trigger adjusted the way you like ( it comes with an adjustable one) and hold on this baby will take you on the ride of a life time. That said with the heavy recoil spring in it don't just through +p or + p+ in it. It wants standard loads but consistent ones not junk like umc or factory reloaded from a lessor ammo manufacturer good federal premium or Winchester target load 230 fmj seem to work well in mine yet I still changed the recoil spring out for a tad lighter one.
