It takes color stills and 30-second video clips during the day, as well as nighttime B&W pictures and 30-second video. The phot and video settings have full audio capacity. The memory card slot accommodates a SDHC SD card up to 64GB. The primary power supply is 12 AA batteries. When set on the factory default settings, batteries last approximately 4 weeks.
