• Q: I saw a review where customer stated not legal in MD. What makes this illegal in MD? 10 rd mag ok. length 32+ ok.

  Michael, As configured the flash hider is only restricted feature. Rifle need 2 restricted features to be non compliant. This rifle as configured is perfectly legal to purchase in MD. Buy with confidence. Can't believe everything you read. See following-----------The following are prohibited:
  ✘Rifles with a capacity over 10 rounds.
  ✘Semi-automatic rifles with a detachable magazine and have any TWO of the following
  features:
  1. Folding stock (Not including telescoping [collapsible] stock)
  2. Grenade launcher or flare launcher
  3. Flash suppressor

  As a California resident I can assure you this is not compliant in out state. Bullet buttons are no longer legal. It was my pleasure to assist you.

  Ryan, no, It is not legal in the current configuration. You are correct in that a "Featureless" Stock is required.
