  Evelyn, yes this is legal in DC but without the magazine. Unfortunately DC has a 10 round magazine limit. You could choose another Glock 19 that includes 10 round magazines. If you like this specific one buds will remove the magazine but won't replace it. So you would have to purchase state compliant magazines separately.
