Pointer 12 gauge Standard field shotgun has a sythetic finish. The top of the reveiver is milled with 3/8 inch dovetail for accessory sights. The barrel is nickel chrome moly lined proofed for steel shot and has a fiber optic bead. It is a gas operated cycling system with magazine cut off for single round loading.

I purchased one a few weeks ago. I like the looks and fill of the shotgun, my only complaint is the lack of aftermarket choke tubes. After contacting Buds & Legacy Sports to find out what style of choke tubes the shotgun would take and the response back was CZ/Huglu choke will work. Order a turkey choke from Trulock for that brand and it will not thread into the shotgun past 2 threads. Other than this the shotgun is awesome.
