  A:

  Adding a stock would render this an SBR (Short Barrel rifle) and would require the $200 NFA tax stamp & registration. Going with a brace wouldn't cause that issue.

  Jason, no, this does not include a folding stock/brace. Not sure if you're aware but the ATF reclassified pistol braces. They're now pretty much considered a stock and adding a brace to a pistol reclassifies it into a SBR/short barreled rifle and requires a $200 tax stamp. So most manufacturers have removed braces from their pistols. Sorry but hope this helps.
