This gun has so far functioned without a hiccup, a chunky little brute. Trigger is double action only and a bit stiff so really intended for short range, a good pocket gun.

Excellent small gun , aside from pulling it's long heavy trigger , the gun is very comfortable to shoot for extended periods of time. Only took minimum effort to rack the slide on this weapon witch is a plus. Not to mention the finger grips are in the right place. Will be buying more SCCY firearm's in the future.👍

Good cheap gun. I held the 9mm version and the handle was to think and bulky feeling so I went with this one. Feels good in my average sized hands. Its DOA so that takes so getting use to cause it seems like it takes forever for the trigger to break. The mags feel as cheap as you would expect for a gun under 200.00 and but with three mags its nice. At the range its shoot wear I wanted it and like I said three mags meant didnt have to reload so soon. So if you wanna cheap gun here you go. Three mags nice trigger look and a nice cardboard box is what you get of a good cheap gun if this is all you can afford you cant beat it

Great gun. I ordered the CPX-3 to use as my EDC. It replaced my Glock 42. I wanted the additional capacity in the standard magazine. Both guns are dimensionally the same except for the width of the grip to accommodate the extra rounds. I carry in a right front pocket holster from Alabama Holster. Works fine and is not obtrusive. The one thing you need to get used to is the full reset required for the double action trigger pull. This is solved with regular practice. I think of this gun as the 21st century equivalent of the J-frame revolver. But with greater capacity, much easier reloading and a greatly more affordable price. Yes, I do have a J-frame also. Highly recommend.
