Where is the laser located and how is it activated?

Hi Patric, the laser is at near the top of the receiver, right above the ejection port. It is activated by pressing on any one of 3 different spots above or to the rear of the trigger guard on the right side of receiver. Stay safe & have a great day!

Just an FYI, they only make mini (Shorty) shells for 12G, not 20g. What does this weigh when loaded with say buck shot or even without the ammo would be fine? This would be for home defense and my wife would need to be able to handle it. She is a dainty little thing.

Hi Joseph, I agree with Randy, the .410 Shockwave is lighter with less recoil for a woman to handle. My wife handles it with ease and she is a weakling. it is 5.75 lbs. just some thoughts on it for home defense 1st a light weight 20 ga has a lot of recoil 2nd shockwave guns are hard to handle due to the ergonomics. Can you shoot 2 3/4" 20ga shells, can you shoot slugs as well

Stephen, since this shotgun has a 3 inch chamber, it can fire 3 inch and shorter 20 gauge shells (2 3/4) no issue. It is recommended to break it in with high power shells initially and then clean and re-lube.Cheers and stay safe!

Yes, it has a smooth bore so you'll want to load in rifled slugs.

Stephen, yes, since this has a 3 inch chamber it can safely shoot both 2-3/4 inch or 3 inch shells. This has a smooth bore so you can safely shoot bird shot, buck shot or slugs. Since it's smooth bore rifled slugs will give you the best accuracy. Hope this helps.
