This is my 2nd Dan Wesson. There is a good reason for that. In my opinion, DW 1911s are only slightly less fine than any of the customs and generally half the cost. This V-Bob is no different. Fit and finish is flawless. The sights are a little unusual with the U notch in the rear. I like them though. Trigger is absolutely crisp with no creep whatsoever and about 3.5 to 4 lbs. No failures but only 200 rounds through it thus far. That's enough to make me feel comfortable carrying it. Finally, this was my first transaction using Bud's Guns. I could not be more satisfied. Shipment was fast even with the current BS Covid craziness. No hitches in anything. Will be back to Bud's in the future.
