• Q: I'm Assuming these are legal in Michigan? (I know they aren't in stock right now) But just to make sure.

  So Michigan is still a fairly "Free state"
  The only restrictions they have on pistols is
  "following are prohibited:
  Pistols with an overall length greater than 26”
  o For example, check the overall length of AR / AK pistols to be certain of compliance"
  Luckily the overall lenght of this pistol is 24.5" so yes you're good to go

• Q: I know it’s hard to know when these will be back in stock. But does anyone think if I call them soon they might have better info as to when and if they have them in any caliber?

  The firearm you selected states that it is a 30 + 1 round capacity. You are in luck. Search for Model: GERGMP409X. It is still 9mm, but it states that it is a different capacity. If I remember correctly, I think it is a 25 + 1 capacity. I'm not too sure about the other details. It was my pleasure to assist you.
