A revolver chambered in .357 magnum can safely shoot .38 sp & .357 magnum all day long. If you want a revolver to safely handle .380 then I'd suggest getting such a revolver like the one below.

Hi Humberto ad welcome. For warranty and safety reasons, I would adhere to the caliber for which the firearm was designed. A .380 auto cartridge is a rimless, semi-auto cartridge and would not fit in the cylinder of a revolver without some type of moon clip. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
