I'm assuming the barrel having a pinned and welded flash hider makes the gun a non SBR, but figured is ask first.
After doing a lil research, I found this model to NOT be considered an SBR. Therefore, no tax stamp/registration required.
Hi Thomas, you are correct, the pinned/welded muzzle device brings the barrel length to the required 16", making this is non NFA item.
