Is the Desert Eagle 50AE legal in the state of California?

No, unfortunately no 50 Caliber center-fire pistols or rifles are legal in California. The 44 Magnum version of this pistol is legal/ok.

No its not Legal here Alejandro only the .44's are. budsgunshop.com/catalog/index.php?cPath=2084_1153_1796&filter_id=88

The .50 isn't but the .44 Mag is. In all honesty I like the pistol better in .44, it shots smooth and is pretty dang accurate.
