Didier, unfortunately this is not California compliant. In order to be California compliant it must be on Californias approved list of handguns, this is not. Sorry but hope this helps. Hi Didier, even if everything seems to be complaint, it must be on the CA roster of approved handguns. Kimber did not pay the $200 extortion fee to have this put on the list, so unfortunately, it cannot be shipped to CA.
