James, it sure is. This does have a threaded barrel. Unfortunately rock island armory doesn't specify the thread pitch and can't find any information but my guess would be it's 1/2×28 tpi like all their other 22lr rifles. I personally don't own one but have bought quite a few rock island armory firearms and have always been impressed with their quality for the price point, so I'm sure this is no different.
