I have no experience with the Tactical Solutions stocks, but reading reviews for them they seem to be very well received bu people who have bought them, as far as fit, finish and function, and Magnum research makes quality products, and both are designed to work with a Ruger 10/22. So I would think they would work very well together.
I've got a buddy that runs a Volquartzen stock on his 10/22 and the ergos and finish on it are really amazing, he's never had any issues with fitting either.
