You may be able to now. Try a dry run mock checkout and see if the discount shows up, if not just cancel the order. Mine worked the day I submitted it.

Roy, you should be able to purchase now. My application was pretty much immediate. You can do a mock checkout to see. If Buds needs any additional information they will let you know.
