I gotta say no. The NFA says faux suppressors are considered for some reason the same as a real one in this situation. From my understanding this wouldn't be approved under normal purchasing conditions.

Hi Mike, even though this has a permanently attached fake suppressor, it is not MA compliant because of the combination detachable magazine and attachment of the fake can even though fake. With semi-auto pistols or rifles, the barrel cannot have anything attached.
