Magnum Research Desert Eagle Mark XIX Pistol 50 AE 6 in. Black 7 rd.
I heard the rail on this gun is compatible only with sniper optics or something like that but, what about red dots?

yes it is a standard picatinny rail and optics will fit with no issues

Luis, No problem. The top accessory rail is a standard pic rail and will mount anything that will mount on a pic rail.

Luis, No problem. The top accessory rail is a standard pic rail and will mount anything that will mount on a pic rail.
