Ruger New Model Single-Ten 5.5" 22 Long Rifle Revolver
Will this hand gun fit comfortably w/ all four fingers on the grip for a large hand that fits tight in a 2X glove ?

James, yes Sir it will. Your bottom of your pinky will be just about even with the bottom of the grip.
