Bushmaster FLTTOP REC 450 16 UPPER
I have an H buffer in my Colt lowers . Do I have to change to a different type of buffer spring ?

your existing buffer spring will be fine No need to change it

Robert, the H Buffer will be sufficient. I however changed to both a Heavy Buffer/Spring combo and have better cycling performance.
