Can you change the 17 round glock magazine to a 15 round glock magazine, so you can ship it to Colorado?

Unfortunately no. Bud's does not alter the packaging/contents in any way from the factory. You can find this in the state compliance under customer help

Use live chat for confirmation. Or call 1-859-368-0371 M-F 9am-9pm EST. Please do not buy thinking they will open the box and switch magazines for you, because as stated all over the home page, they will not do it.
