It is made with a ALLOY frame that melts at less than 1000 degrees melting point or "Saturday night special" laws

John, this model has an Alloy Frame (some states even refer to it as "Pot Metal" frames) that will melt well before the "Melting Point" 1000 degree F temperature specified by most states that have them.
