No sorry....all 320s do not come with night sights. The easiest way to tell, if the information list doesn't tell you, is to look at the price. If the gun is priced closer to $500.00 then it probably doesn't have night sights. I paid $485.00 for a 320 sub-compact with white dots . If the price is closer to the $600.00 range it probably does have night sights. I paid $599.00 for a 320 compact with factory night sights. Sig has a replacement front sight that is a Tritium powered fiber optic that is both day and night enhanced. I put one on the sub-c and I really like it.
