Does a black powder rifle have to be shipped to a FFL dealer?
Just add the item to your cart add proceed to a MOCK checkout. If by page two it hasn't asked for an FFL and shows your address as delivery address, it will come straight to you. Then just return to Buds home page and keep shopping if you like.
scroll down to the bottom of the muzzle loader gun page there some info there
It can be shipped to you in most locations but it has to be shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground and labeled. Also a Hazmat charge of around $25 per shipment.
Check out page 2 (MUZZLE LOADING FIREARMS). Straight from the horse's mouth:

In my state of Pa, this ships directly to me. But some BP rifles require me to use an FFL. Just add the item to your cart add proceed to a MOCK checkout. If by page two it hasn't asked for an FFL and shows your address as delivery address, it will come straight to you. Then just return to Buds home page and keep shopping if you like. No sale required to find out that way.
