• Q: i was supposed to get Three interchangeable palmswell grip inserts but there was only one in my case, and its the same as the one on the pistol, who do i contact about getting the other two?

  Thomas, as far as I know you're only supposed to receive one palm swell. Mine only came with one and several unboxing videos only show one but it definitely shouldn't be the same size. you would have to contact canik at 561-908-7993 or if you Google canik customer service and click on their website you can email them. From what I hear canik has great customer service, so I'm sure they'll be able to help. Sorry you're having trouble but hope this helps.

• Q: Can these be shipped to Colorado with 15rd mags?

  No, buds will remove the magazine but won't replace it. You'd have to buy a 15 round magazine in order to use the firearm. I'd look at models that come with 15 round magazines like the canik tp9 sf elite. I own the canik tp9 sf elite and it's a great firearm, accurate, and only holds 15 rounds. Hope this helps.

  Debra, yes it is. This comes in a hard plastic case with owners manual, warranty registration card (2) 18rd Magazines, cable lock, bore brush and Three interchangeable palmswell grip inserts for optimal hand fit and trigger reach: S, M, & L. Sight Configuration is Warren Tactical White Dot Front/U-Notch Rear. Most manufacturers including Canik make firearm packages that have 10rd magazines so their pistols can also be sold in states that have magazine capacity restrictions. The pistols are exactly the same but just have 10rd mags included. Cheers and stay safe!
