can the AK be shipped to NJ without the 30 round mag?? NJ has a 10 round limit.

Hi Ed, unfortunately Dictator Murphy says no, due to the threaded barrel. It does not have a flash hider, it has a compenstor, which is allowed. I would suggest to buy it locally where the compensator would be pinned/welded, then it would be NJ compliant.
Bud's will not ship unless it is compliant as is. Bud's will not ship even if your FFL agrees to make it compliant.
