Is this chambered in 223 and 556 or just 556?

Hi Gary and welcome. The barrel is stamped 5.56NATO so it will fire both 5.56 and .223 no issue. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!

Any AR-15 stamped 5.56 most definitely also shoots .223.

If it shoots 5.56 it will shoot .223.
